I invested in a app and I was told that I can withdraw my money back but Now I am not able to withdraw my money that I invested...

On 8th Dec 2021 I booked a ticket from irctc portal for the amount of 3026 but at the time of payment transaction got failed. However the amount was debited from my bank account.

I raised a complaint with my bank but they asked to contact the merchant and I search the complaint portal for Razorpay on Google but found none hence I want the amount to be refund as soon as possible.

As it’s been almost more than a month now I tried to find each and every possible information for raising a refund on Razorpay portal but there was insufficient information available.

And always asking to raise an account which I don’t want to, hence I urge you to please help me to issue a refund on this issue thanks Transaction Id and text message for money debited are below attached....
