Razorpay Software Pvt Ltd: Transaction Did Not Success But Money Got Debit From My Bank Account

On 8th Dec 2021 I booked a ticket from irctc portal for the amount of 3026 but at the time of payment transaction got failed. However the amount was debited from my bank account.

I raised a complaint with my bank but they asked to contact the merchant and I search the complaint portal for Razorpay on Google but found none hence I want the amount to be refund as soon as possible.

As it’s been almost more than a month now I tried to find each and every possible information for raising a refund on Razorpay portal but there was insufficient information available.

And always asking to raise an account which I don’t want to, hence I urge you to please help me to issue a refund on this issue thanks Transaction Id and text message for money debited are below attached.

How poor service is this it’s been long time my complaint has been raised but still not resolved can you action ASAP
