I am working as a rapido captain,they are just fraudulent, I am trying from one and Half months in order to get my earnings in my bank account,But not working still. I have called on call support 100 times, Everytime They are just fooling me,They are not paying me my earnings,Don't work with this fraud company. They will Hold all your Earnings and Would Keep taking Your services and Shows no respect.I have every proof regarding this. Shame on You Rapido,The company is making Fools and Playing With Unemployed person's Emotions and Hard works.

Hello,
I am a user of Rapido Bike taxi service, who has been able to earn some incentive money. I was able to view the progress of my incentive in the app and it is being shown as successful. But when I checked my account balance on the website it is not there. Some fraud has claimed the full amount to their upi id. I want to recover my money but don't know how to do that. Please help me on this issue....

I am Rajani Kanth Chepoori from Hyderabad, victim of Rapido services. This is to bring it to your attention that I have availed rapido bike service on 7th April and on my way to destination, I have noticed that driver was very fast and I told him repeatedly to drive slowly but he did not listen and the bike met with an accident.

I fell down immediately resulting in BONE DISLOCATION AND FRACTURE on left leg. As per Doctor's advise, I have undergone Surgery on the same day. Post-surgery, I was advised by doctor to take 2 months rest. I have attached pictures of my leg after accident with this email.

My wife has raised a complaint (she is the one who booked the ride, we both were trying to book a ride for me but she got a booking confirmation) with Rapido for compensation. Our conversations with Rapido representative (Rithika) gave a clear message that she is not ready to resolve the issue and closed the complaint without any resolution which is not acceptable and unprofessional. Her point is that only the person who books the ride will get compensation if met with an accident which she claims it as per policy. I told her that I have gone through the policy and I dont see any such clause mentioned in your policy. I requested her to put that on email but she is not ready to do that. I have call recordings as well in support of that. Her behavior is not appreciated.

Current situation:
Due to Rapido's driver negligence, my entire family including me and 5 dependents (Wife, 2 kids and aged parents) are suffering now.

I am a contract employee and entire family is dependent on me. My job is such that I have to go to office every day. Now I am on Loss of pay and cannot afford nurse to look after me during my medication. As a result, my wife is doing all the services who is already going through a lot of mental trauma due to this accident. Overall It affected me and my family mentally and financially. It’s been 3 weeks now and no action has been taken even after repetitive complaints. I do not see any ownership of their mistakes.

I am seeking compensation from Rapido compensate for all the agony and distress that me and my family have gone through and to help us in recovering the financial losses that we have undergone due to this incident.

Hi,
I am traveling with my wife from Visakhapatnam Railway Station to Pedda Rushikonda on [Protected]through Rapido at morning 8 am. At the destination, the amount is shown in the Rapido app is 226/- rupees.

But the captain demanded 233/- rupees and said the reason was the wrong route and wrong navigation. There is less duration between the actual amount and demanded amount. So I paid 233/- rupees through phonepe.

After paying through phonepe he asked 50/- rupees extra for GST and phonepe transaction. I did not agree with him. Then he refunded the 233/- rupees through phonepe and asked for 280/- rupees cash. I did not agree with him.

Then he started saying rude and vulgar words and driver used abusive language, unethical behavior. Due to that situation, I paid 280/- rupees in cash. Auto registration number : ap39t6967....

Hello today I was looking for a ride in Rapido application when I booked my ride it shows me a fair of 100 rupees for that particular ride but when my ride was confirmed the rider text me a msg in the Rapido application.

And ask me how much fair it's showing when I told him it is 100 rupee he clearly denied me and ask me to pay 200 rupees for the ride, i don't know that particular rider but the things is here the intermediator is the Rapido company trough which I got that ride

So here I want to clearly sue to Rapido company for this thing because that was the portal from where I booked my ride and that person was asking me afterwards for extra money on the same portal

Please read my case and sue the Rapido Company in behalf of me so that in future no online ride bookings company can commit such kind of fraud in such online portal for booking it's the mistake of rapido company application where such type of cases happened

Please sue Rapido application for this thing for breaking the protocol so that this type of thing newer happen again in Rapido application company Thank You....

Hi I had used rapido service to courier my parcel and the concern person has spoiled it and it didn't reach respective location and not receiving and support from rapido service....

Today i booked a rickshaw, but due to heavy traffic in between(the place usually is heavily filled by public during the time i booked) the driver told me to come to a place nearby so i said okay, i went to his place, but the app started the wait time and charged me accordingly, i contacted customer service they too ignored me.

They are not in mood to help me here, it was not the driver who started the time, its the rapido app which started the wait time without knowing the scenario, and when i complaint, they are not helping....

I have paid my Rapido bill amount and have the Google Pay receipt to prove it. Yet, the auto driver barges in to my house and harasses me, asking me to pay the bill in cash for the 2nd time.

I even spoke to the Rapido customer care, explaining the proof of my payment. But they said coordinate between yourselves and pay again if driver is asking for cash, leaving me endangered, despite having the proof of my payment.

Rapido is dangerous to our safety. Kindly beware!...

I booked a ride to from Rapido to send my items, after picking the items from my pick up location my items were not dropped to the drop location and even the driver ended the ride and he is unreachable now.

Please look into this matter my items were very costly. I am a businessman and those items were being sent to the customer....

Last Night i have booked a ride from my office to my home it was 9:30 Pm , the rqpieo rider called me and asked where is my destination chosen, i told him . After listening to it he refused and asked me to cancel the ride. I asked him whats the matter why will not accept the ride, he said he wont accept and started abusing me. It was at night believing on Rapido that i will reach home safely however I was totally wrong, he was threatening me to meet him for further arguments. So RAPIDO have hired Goons in your services? Is this the way how a customer is treated? I will definitely complaint this and escalate everywhere....
