Today i booked a rickshaw, but due to heavy traffic in between(the place usually is heavily filled by public during the time i booked) the driver told me to come to a place nearby so i said okay, i went to his place, but the app started the wait time and charged me accordingly, i contacted customer service they too ignored me.
They are not in mood to help me here, it was not the driver who started the time, its the rapido app which started the wait time without knowing the scenario, and when i complaint, they are not helping.
