While searching online came to this site my family shop. The price for the product were good. Hence bought a decorative wall. Corner stand for 199 but till now not received any item from there.

Kindly look into the matter and close the company....

First they show a product on sell and take order as usual as other certified online sites after order submission you get a message also that parcel arrive in 7 days but now it has been one month from my order.

I didn't receive any parcel or no any proper contact of site they don't have any contact number also to contact them....

I purchased a bed side table. Since it was a prepaid order, payment was made before the order confirmation. There has been more than a week time and till today there is no communication or product delivery from there side....

I was planning to buy some lights for home, I bought two products. But it looks like fraud. On the website, no delivery status of my product, as well as a toll-free number is out of order. I got the mail after completion payment.

Well, I was looking for some kitchen items to purchase online and i saw this website in the google search so i clicked on it and there were number of products just like any e-commerce website and to my surprise all products are at a standard rate of (Rupees 99/199/249/299) all going on a sale.

It was extremely luring as whatever i wanted it was all available there. I checked the website and saw contact us (online form) for any enquiry plus there was a phone number (toll free number) it seemed legit to me with the shipping policies return and refund policies.

So i bought what i needed at such a great deal. now i made the payment through a payment wallet (paytm) and i received a message immediately that the amount is transferred to some RAJANIT RAMESHBHAI SARDHARA ($125.29 i.e Rs9491) with transaction number - [Protected](PAYU TEAM).

After that i got two mails from the company email [PROTECTED]@thefamilyshop.com the tax invoice of my purchase it had list of all the purchased items. I saved it and again tried to contact the company the next day.

And dropped a query in contact us section but the number never got connected nor my email was ever replied back. i have sent almost 4-5 emails but no response. last night i again dropped an email to ([PROTECTED]@thefamilyshop.com, [PROTECTED]@gmail.com) cancelling my order.

And asking for refund and if i would not receive a reply then i m going to report this. Same things again - No reply. Kindly help me in getting me my money back. Its a hard earned money.
