Well, I was looking for some kitchen items to purchase online and i saw this website in the google search so i clicked on it and there were number of products just like any e-commerce website and to my surprise all products are at a standard rate of (Rupees 99/199/249/299) all going on a sale.
It was extremely luring as whatever i wanted it was all available there. I checked the website and saw contact us (online form) for any enquiry plus there was a phone number (toll free number) it seemed legit to me with the shipping policies return and refund policies.
So i bought what i needed at such a great deal. now i made the payment through a payment wallet (paytm) and i received a message immediately that the amount is transferred to some RAJANIT RAMESHBHAI SARDHARA ($125.29 i.e Rs9491) with transaction number - [Protected](PAYU TEAM).
After that i got two mails from the company email [PROTECTED]@thefamilyshop.com the tax invoice of my purchase it had list of all the purchased items. I saved it and again tried to contact the company the next day.
And dropped a query in contact us section but the number never got connected nor my email was ever replied back. i have sent almost 4-5 emails but no response. last night i again dropped an email to ([PROTECTED]@thefamilyshop.com, [PROTECTED]@gmail.com) cancelling my order.
And asking for refund and if i would not receive a reply then i m going to report this. Same things again - No reply. Kindly help me in getting me my money back. Its a hard earned money.

हमने दो-तीन महीने पहले 34 प्रोडक्ट मंगवाए थे लगभग 1200 रूपये लेकिन हमारा प्रोडक्ट अभी तक नहीं आया पेमेंट भी पूरी कट गई है
Reply The family shop seems a fraud company i ordered two flower pots on 23rd may and paid rupees 398/- to pay u money my amount was deducted but i still waiting the product although they send me one invoice but when i tried to looking status of my order no respnse . they didnt respond even once for several emails i sent .
I ordered product worth Rs.1200 on 18th may but now after going through review I doubt to receive it ever in future.A major action has to be taken against this fake site so that no more people fall pray to it.. kindly help to get my money back...
Oh, God..! Why would anyone be so foolish to waste so much money without even knowing if it's genuine or not.. I mean, almost around 10k, on a site you've just came across of....!? How dumb one can be to trust so easily..!? I saw a tea set of kettle, mugs and tray for just rs 199 and I got it that it's a fake site.. Didn't order anything from them as they're not even providing COD.. Stop being fooled by such frauds.. Use your brain a little atleast.. It has some work, duh..!
I ordered on 23rd April i didn't received the product i think this the fake app don't buy anything
FAKE CO. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, AS I LOST RS.1990 WRONG CSUTOMER CARE NO. CANT TRACK YOUR ORDER. EVEN TODAY ITS WORKING TO GET MORE AND MORE STUPIDS LIKE ME.
Same happened with me,I also ordered set of 3 trolley bags @999/-, amount paid through ATM,recpt.nd order no.conveyed through emai.....I asked the status but no response as yet.It is a fraud site....such cheaters must be behind the bars.
TheFamilyShop online website they are fucking stuppied they have been using subtle approach to earn money by deciving everyone who would approach them. Make sure everything before making any payment or please viral to everyones mind so it would stop doing such bulshit, litterly they are fraud we made payment month ago didnt get product, whenever we would put complaint over there, motherfuckers do not reply. Half rating to fuck these ass holes. They made payment through this approach , as of now they have caught up. So do not any mistake.
just ordered and doubt if I would receive seeing the above comments... it also looked dubious... Google should also filter such sites... wrt to us its always Buyer Beware...
DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM FRAUD COMPANIES WHO CLAIM TO GIVE EVERYTHING FOR RS 150 OR LESS.. WHEN THE SAME PRODUCTS ARE IN THOUSANDS ELSEWHERE! I HAVE SEEN MORE THAN ONE SITE DOING THE SAME.. SO BEWARE..!! NOT ONLY ARE THEY COLLECTING YOUR MONEY.. THEY ARE ALSO COLLECTING YOUR DATA!! PHN NO. EMAIL AND ADDRESS!
