I ordered s21 5g rear camera set of rs. 3859 and its 4 days and they haven't dispatched my product yet and they are only showing the order is delayed and will update soon and the customer support is not even calling me back.

And I numerously times told them to cancel the order if not in stock but they are neither cancelling the order nor giving me the product And when I order the product the estimated delivery showed me was within a day.

The Complaint/ Review has been submitted by the user rathorearyan against the company i.e. Maxbhi.com (Maxbhi.com) from Madhya pradesh, India regarding a Fraud/ Scam....

I had ordered a Rog 5 rear camera lens spare part from the website a week ago as it had claimed to deliver it within 2 days but it's been a week and I still haven't received any updates about it nor any customer service executive is answering calls or replying to emails or the things I've written at the support page of their website....

Faulty camera provide to me, camera connector strip broken, i was told that it's not working and support team asking for damaged word in complent, Unboxing video attached in below link.

They are saying box was already open, seal was half open (not full) still company not agreed for replacement. in video @ 0.43 seconds clearly visible back strip of camera, is not in good condition (faulty condition).

They sent not working product then they asked me to return it for replacement, they replaced it again with not working product, they kept doing it same until i asked for refund, Once i asked for refund.

They said the product u sent us back it's broken/damaged in courier so you can't get refund, My money total order value + courier charges I paid for return, they are not giving me back....

I have been cheated by maxbi.com for the order no.4212114. The product which they have sent is not original and doesn't support finger print for my vivo v19 mobile. And once screen is locked I am not able to see the screen for unblocking.

It becomes totally dark.It is a local footpath item which is available for Rs.1800 and available nearby mobile services centres for Rs.1800 to 2500. But I have paid Rs 6380 to them for this cheap item....

I have ordered iphone 6 display three days ago from Maxbhi. I paid 1099 Indian rupee. It hasn’t started the shipping process yet. Still showing “shipping soon” for the last three days . Order number is 3966203. Customer care service provided by Maxbhi.com is never working. Numbers provided by them don’t exist.

They have to contact me or let me know what’s happening.Just notify when the order will be delivered. If they can’t please refund the amount I paid. I’ll have to complaint to the consumer court if no further step take by Maxbhi. ...

I have purchased a battery from this site for redmi note 4 and they send me duplicate battery this battery is not working properly when I said that I didn't want this then they told me that they didn't have system to refund this item I think it's totally fraud company....

Dear Sir/Madam
I ordered the product (Order ID 3665150) combo folder of Samsung m30s from MAXBHI.com.

I faced the following inconvenience-
(a) the product I received is not compatible to the phone model (Samsung M30s).
(b) the product is not reliable as some of white spot on screen.

(c) I tried to raise a replacement request on 10th day after order delivered. but the replacement request can not be raised on 10th day as told by your customer support executive. whether 10 days replacement is mention on description.
(d) the product brand is not defined.

(e) When I was connected to customer support (Mr. Aakash). firstly he denied to tell me his name and e-mail address of site. he raised my complaint to the senior. but i did not the solution yet....
