Purchased acer laptop touch screen for acer one 10 SW. Received a smaller and non compatible product. Applied for replacement on 24July21. Kept waiting for 20days asking for photographs of product and my laptop. Finally neither replacement done nor refund initiated. Cheating and breach of customer's trust with loss of precious time and money. No reply or mail about decline of replacement request. Last correspondence received on 4 Aug 21 and I was assured of faster redressal. No mail or reply after that. On 13 Aug 21 when I called customer care I was blatantly denied replacement. Request for refund of amount paid with return of the product. Also compensation for wasting my previous time.
