They sent not working product then they asked me to return it for replacement, they replaced it again with not working product, they kept doing it same until i asked for refund, Once i asked for refund.

They said the product u sent us back it's broken/damaged in courier so you can't get refund, My money total order value + courier charges I paid for return, they are not giving me back.
