I ordered cake date 23rd Dec. 23, Rs. 599... When I didn't receive any confirmation message from their side I cancelled my order..I sent email regarding my confirmation but no response received... From 23rd Dec I follow up with them regarding my money.... But they don't reply any email ([PROTECTED]@kinkin.com) and they live chat also.Kindly take action on the company.They fake online company....

I ordered 3 items in kinkin and paid 873 Rs. and now there is no contact and no information on the order status. It isn't delivered yet.I am trying to contact them to get the status but no response on messages. The amount has been debited from my account and my order is not yet received.

It is a fake website. They take orders but do not respond back.These are my order details which they promised to deliver in 2 hours but never delivered. Order #20210] (December 22, 2023).
