I also have same experience with this company... I ordered cake Rs 599 on 23rd December 2023... No confirmation email received from their side so I cancelled my order... I sending so many emails but no response from their side ... Live chat also not reply the massage.... This website are fake

.i have ordered a cake on 11th july 2023 ..order number 16728 . and i paid rs 799 . at night kinkin guys send mail that the order has been cancelled without any reason .i mailed for the refund asap.i tried to contact kinkin and one prince kumar who mailed me regarding refund, a ton of times..but they never replied.never order anything from kinkin for god sake
