I purchased keyway viesta scooter 300 cc 6 months ago ..after using it for three months it got off..i complaint about it in agency so many time..but they said you have to leave your scooter in our agency.it so far from my home place but still i managed . They returned it after two months...they made a bill of 30000 again for repair it..when i took my scooter home it got switched off after a month....

As a bike enthusiast, I'm always looking for the latest models and brands that offer the best value for money. That's why when I stumbled upon Keeway's showroom, I was excited to see the variety of bikes and services they offer. However, what was assumed to be a happy purchase turned into a nightmare that I wouldn't wish on anyone.

I remember walking into Keeway's showroom and being greeted by friendly staff eager to show me around. The bikes on display were impressive, and I was happy to see that they had a range of models to suit different budgets and preferences. After going through the options, I finally decided and purchased the bike on the spot.

Before leaving, I also requested a test drive to understand the bike's speed and performance. The staff was happy to oblige, and I was pleased with what I experienced. It was a smooth ride, and I knew I had made the right choice.


After making the purchase, I was told that the bike would undergo quality checks and documentation before taking it home. The manager told me it would take a few days, and I was okay with that. However, when I called two days later to inquire about the delivery, I was told there were a few things left to be done and I'd have to wait two more days.

I was disappointed that the wait was longer than expected, but I didn't argue with the manager. I knew quality checks were important, and I wanted to ensure everything was in order before I took the bike home.

When the delivery finally arrived, I was overjoyed to see my new bike. I made the payment via debit card, and we were all happy. However, my joy was short-lived. Two days later, the bike was switched off, and I couldn't get it to start. I tried calling Keeway's customer service, but they weren't answering.

I decided to visit the showroom to see if I could get some help, but to my dismay, it was closed. I tried every possible way to contact Keeway, but I need help getting them to work. It wasn't until hardly any days later that I discovered I had fallen victim to a money fraud scheme. Keeway had taken my payment but hadn't delivered a functioning bike. I was devastated and felt like I had been taken advantage of.

After researching, I discovered I wasn't the only one Keeway had scammed. Many others had fallen prey to their fraudulent activities, and it was evident they had no intention of making things right. My experience with Keeway is a cautionary tale for anyone looking to make a big purchase. It's significant to do your due diligence and research the company thoroughly before making any payment. Don't be swayed by their flashy showroom or smooth-talking salespeople.

Thinking back, I wish I had been more careful and had taken the time to research Keeway before making a purchase. It would have kept me a lot of heartache and money. I hope my experience serves as a warning to others and prevents them from falling victim to the same scam....

I am extremely disappointed with the services of Keeway motorcycle dealers. I paid for a product that they have not delivered, and their staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful. It has been a long time since I made my purchase, and I am still waiting for my product. I feel cheated and disrespected as a customer. I demand immediate action to rectify this situation and receive the product I paid for....

I purchased a Benda 302c from keeway bike dealer in New Delhi. I made an advance payment of 50k and the staff member Amit assured me that the bike will be delivered by the coming week. It's been six months now and the bike is still not delivered.

They're not responding to calls and messages as well. I reside in Noida. I visited the showroom twice afterwards yet I didn't receive my bike till date. I won't recommend this dealer to anyone they're not at all trustworthy....

I booked keeway 250V from keeway showroom, because of their poor service, I wanted my money back but didn’t get the refund it’s been more then a month now. Worst service. Don’t go there. They don’t make it clear about the return or servicing of the bike and then make you feel like it’s your fault that you didn’t query it before booking....

I just brought a new bike- Keeway 250V from the keeway showroom. The bike didn’t serve the purpose properly. I learned later that the bike cost around three lakhs 19 thousand, but the showroom owner had charged me way more than the original price. After this, I started researching about the bike on the internet.

I learned it was way cheaper than I had paid for this bike. When I went to the showroom for a refund after showing all the proofs, the manager refused to do so. The customer service was bad, and the manager didn’t bother to look after my issue either.

This was about the money problem, but now the main problem is that they said they would deliver the bike in a week, and it has been two weeks now, and my bike still has not been delivered, and they are not accepting a refund or cancellation of the delivery. I am scared now; I will have to deal with this kind of fraud....

I recently visited a bike showroom named "Keeway Bike Showroom in New DELHI (ND)" to buy a Keeway 250v for my brother. I quite liked it and was so excited. They asked me to make the payment in advance, so I did. They said that they would deliver the bike within two days. And it has been 2 months since I haven't received the bike. I stay quite a long distance, so it's hard for me to travel to the destination again. I used all means of communication, and they could have been more responsive.

I have written several emails to the head office and the showroom manager, yet I have not heard back. I had asked for a refund of my money if they could not deliver the bike. But they seemed rigid, disrespectful, and rude because they refused to return my money. I never knew they would be such scammers and cheaters. I fear many people like me will get trapped in this scam. I don't know what to do. I paid the money for nothing then.

It's stealing. Such fraudsters they are! Please be aware of this scam and never visit the showroom again. It's time to take serious action against these fraudsters, or they will keep stealing from people like me. I strongly advise others to be cautious of such scammers and unprofessional individuals....

I visited the KEEWAY SHOWROOM and I was impressed by the variety of bikes and services they offer to customers. I made my decision and purchased the bike at that moment only. I also took the test drive and was satisfied with its speed and performance. After all the quality checks by the team and the completion of the documentation, I thought of taking it home today. But the manager told me it won't be possible as still few things were left and the delivery will be done after 2 days. I didn't argue with them and was convinced.

I made the payment via debit card and all of us were happy. But after 2 days, when I dialed their number, it was switched off. They were not picking up my calls. I also visited the showroom but no one was there. I tried every possible thing but none of them worked. It was money fraud and at last, I was only left with the option of going to the police station....

I discovered that the price that the dealer was billing me throughout the transaction was much greater than the bike's retail price. When I questioned him about this contradiction, he got defensive and sought to ignore it. By then, I had already paid the amount, and the manager was unwilling to return it.

I looked into my suspicions online and discovered that I had been a victim of financial fraud. It appears like the vendor purposefully overcharged me for the bike so he could keep the extra cash for himself. I am appalled and disappointed to have been deceived in such a way.

I recently visited the keeway bike showroom in Delhi. I went to purchase a bike model Keeway 300R . I thought the staff there would be helpful, but the way they treated me was highly unprofessional and disrespectful . After selecting the bike i e Keeway 300R to buy, they asked me to complete the procedure and they also asked me to pay the bill of my bike before the delivery of the bike.

I paid the required amount of money . They told me they would deliver my bike in two weeks, but even after 5 months, I have yet to get it, and they are also not responding properly to my calls. So I just want to warn you that never pay the money in advance, they will keep on delaying your orders and will make excuses....
