I just brought a new bike- Keeway 250V from the keeway showroom. The bike didn’t serve the purpose properly. I learned later that the bike cost around three lakhs 19 thousand, but the showroom owner had charged me way more than the original price. After this, I started researching about the bike on the internet.
I learned it was way cheaper than I had paid for this bike. When I went to the showroom for a refund after showing all the proofs, the manager refused to do so. The customer service was bad, and the manager didn’t bother to look after my issue either.
This was about the money problem, but now the main problem is that they said they would deliver the bike in a week, and it has been two weeks now, and my bike still has not been delivered, and they are not accepting a refund or cancellation of the delivery. I am scared now; I will have to deal with this kind of fraud.
