I Got Jiofibre connction OID : NO0000LB51KC on 22-4-22. Due to the mis calculation of your executive Mr.Manoj Naik I paid
Rs 7065.84. as per his quote.

Later Mr bhaseer found that the plan was wrong and i cancelled that OID and applie for new connection New OID : NO0000LGZMST
and You promise that the amount 7065.84 will be deposited in my account within a week.

On 20-05-22 One of your staff Mr.Anji babu came and took the old wi-fi and set top box and took my bank details.

Till today the cancelled order NO0000LB51KC -Amount Paid 7065.84 has not been received.

when i complaied to your goodself regarding this you said you will send MrPavan to collect the details. He said he will come but didnot
kept his word. He is not answring the phone and i am unable to solve the problem.

kindly do the need full to solve the problem....

My personal number has been disconnected my jio number [Protected]I go to jio store but my number not show in jio app because my number has been permanent disconnected and I give my number....

I was searching a job online on 17 sep, I called a number on jio center that is a telecom company they tell me to get job give some money through net banking for training I gave him money and they gave me some affidavit of my name and other details, I thought that was real and they will gave me a part time job.

After this they told me to call their head and I called him on they told me to give more money than I told him that I have not more money,and didn't need to get this job and I told to refund my money, they told me within a week your money will refunded....

Respected sir I as a customer of Jio mobile. I am facing weak indoor coverage in my landmark location. I am unable to use data services in indoor due to non availability of 4g signals. At the time of taking this connection Jio official told me your area have excellent 4g coverage. But after start using this connection i realised that jio authorities cruelly cheated me.

At that time i am really shocked sir. I went to thevjio mulanthuruthy auhorised store for mentioning the network issue. But the official heard my complaint but they not take any actions for boosting the signals. The jio company cheated me dead cruelly sir. I had paid 149 Rs for activating the sim . But the money was wasted sir. Jio customer care 198 alo washed their hands sir.

I totally cheated by jio network sir, No help from company side i got till this moment.
Sir, Jio care told me we are planning network boosting coming 6months. Till that moment please wait. The cruelly cheated company answerd in my complaint through 198 call. I had lost my time,money and my number also sir. I don't know what I can do sir. Please help me sir.
