Respected sir I as a customer of Jio mobile. I am facing weak indoor coverage in my landmark location. I am unable to use data services in indoor due to non availability of 4g signals. At the time of taking this connection Jio official told me your area have excellent 4g coverage. But after start using this connection i realised that jio authorities cruelly cheated me.
At that time i am really shocked sir. I went to thevjio mulanthuruthy auhorised store for mentioning the network issue. But the official heard my complaint but they not take any actions for boosting the signals. The jio company cheated me dead cruelly sir. I had paid 149 Rs for activating the sim . But the money was wasted sir. Jio customer care 198 alo washed their hands sir.
I totally cheated by jio network sir, No help from company side i got till this moment.
Sir, Jio care told me we are planning network boosting coming 6months. Till that moment please wait. The cruelly cheated company answerd in my complaint through 198 call. I had lost my time,money and my number also sir. I don't know what I can do sir. Please help me sir.
