I have taken course SAP MM course in Henry hrven in April 2023 in online and complete got the certificate. But before joining the relationship manager told we provide 100% placement assistance will be there from our side orless we will refund the money. But now my relationship manager , she is not bother to pick my call, Before getting admission daily she use call to us and forcing us to join to the course. Because to earn commission for them self they are giving us false statement.

If I call customer representative and they say, please do some project and apply in LinkedIn. So you may get job. Before getting admission they told once you complete the course and get certified. We will get you immediately placement assistance but no response from them....

Henry Harvin is a phoney firm that sells online courses. You will not attend any lessons once you have paid. On June 14, 2023, I purchased a French language course at level A2, but I never attended a single lesson until now. There was no response to several calls and emails sent to their customer support department....

Henry Harvin platform is very unprofessional and very irresponsible of their customers. They only want money but do not provide proper services to their customer. I enrolled in the course Professional Compliance Officer on july and my batch started from 30th July. Not a single class has been taken by the instructor and August is also over. Total 8 classes continuously have been cancelled. Now when I ask for a refund, I don't get a response. They are so unprofessional. When I first paid the fees, that was 44500 INR, I didn't even get a confirmation regarding enrollment. So on 16 july, I mailed the finance team for a refund.

I didn't get any revert on that. They started processing on 17 July and enrolled me in a class while I was asking for a refund. Then because I did not have any other option but to take the class, the class didn't even start. There was only the introduction on 30th July which was also not course content, It was the complementary class which I didn't even ask for. I've been calling them every week on Saturday and Sunday but I don't get a proper solution to my problem.

I asked for connecting my call with senior authority, they didn't connect that and told me that I'll get a callback but I didn't get any. Then I raised the ticket myself through website, But I haven't got any response to that ticket. Kindly help me in getting my refund....

Hi me and my colleague planned to join the course in Henry regarding sap ewm initially they urged as to pay the registered amount of 5000rs on 03 july to get the class start he told need to pay the 70% amount so paid balance 20050rs by 12 July total paid is 25050rs classes should be strated by 15 july but not started as per the sheduled and I opted for morning cource but he assigned evening slot that also I told many times to Mr Akash Jha he is the consultant to get the fees and assigning clases after getting the payment he was not responded property so I had doubt and sent for refund and cancel of my course.

Finally after sending 100s of mail also I'm not getting my refund almost one month gone. I need my refund please nay one help me Where we post comments also it's getting deleted or blocked from them No where we can able to see the negative reviews about them this is the plus point for them so that only so many people are getting trapped in this institute Kindly help to resolve my issue my friend also gets trapped here Henry is not good as they say not 100 loyal to the one who paid the fees....

The trainer assigned for the session is not well trained. Reading the topics from the slides which is updated in Course instead of explaining the topics with examples. I have reviewed the videos updated in the course which is far better than the live trainer. So, instead of gaining something from the trainer it is just that we are listening to the topics. Any senior member from the training department should listen the recordings for 29/07/2023 and 30/07/2023 for the course which I am doing. Earlier also I raised the concern but still I am facing this issue.

I want the trainer who is well trainer and can give training based on the examples rather than just reading the topics updated in slides. The trainer attending personal calls during the session without having on a mute and the candidates are sitting idle. I do not know if this thing has been taught to trainer as this is basic thing everyone should be aware. Also, when I raise complaint on portal, I did not receive any positive response.All reviews updated in google are fake, do not just join the institute with the review notes updated there....

I have joined for Digital marketing course on Oct'22. I have completed the course and its assignments. But I am not able to get my certificate, I am trying to reach the Henry harvin team for more than 3 months. There is no response for my emails and messages. It looks like they are running a scam without providing any certificate for their courses....

Hi i have inquired for six sigma Black belt course.
We team of 5 members clarified that we don't have any experience in six sigma .Coordinator told training will starting from basics. But first day training was not started from basics. When we ask doubts to trainer he is asking to check with coordinator.

Henry harvin support team not responded to mail,whatsapp,call.if we raise support ticket in their website they closing automatically.Stay away from this fraud and unprofessional institution....

I have been cheated and like me other also get cheated. Henry harvin is not responding and not refunding my 40k inr. How come this kind of company get payment gateway....

Its been 2 months now I paid the full amount of the course Rs 55000. But they are not conducting the classes nor refunding my money. People pls beware of this FRAUD Company..Don't invest your single penny otherwise you shall be the next person to write this complain here .....

I am the student of french B1 level. When I took admission they comfort me by saying they will provide us every facility , but they didn't gave me the time and the teacher. Apart from that when my course came to end they didn't took any of the exam , but i wanted to give exam to check my level for that my parents visited the head department also which is in Noida and they said they will take exam and now every assigned day they said it can be placed today u have to wait and 2 months passed by in this only they haven't provided me any group discussions also ....
