The trainer assigned for the session is not well trained. Reading the topics from the slides which is updated in Course instead of explaining the topics with examples. I have reviewed the videos updated in the course which is far better than the live trainer. So, instead of gaining something from the trainer it is just that we are listening to the topics. Any senior member from the training department should listen the recordings for 29/07/2023 and 30/07/2023 for the course which I am doing. Earlier also I raised the concern but still I am facing this issue.

I want the trainer who is well trainer and can give training based on the examples rather than just reading the topics updated in slides. The trainer attending personal calls during the session without having on a mute and the candidates are sitting idle. I do not know if this thing has been taught to trainer as this is basic thing everyone should be aware. Also, when I raise complaint on portal, I did not receive any positive response.All reviews updated in google are fake, do not just join the institute with the review notes updated there.
