Continuously i send them email and also submit a request but everytime they don't give me correct answer of my questions, really i very disappoint with this type of behavior of Garena,if they don't help anyone so why the open their help centre, i want correct response from Garena Free Fire.
Hope I will get justice.

I had spined in Element M1887 skin event. When the arrow got on the guaranteed section prize it was supposed to spin in the inner circle to get me a permanent skin but instead it didn't spin inside and gave me other side prizes in the event.

I Had done a Topup of Rs.400 to Purchase 510 diamonds in Free fire game, My money From my sbi account got deducted and then I got a screen notification from free fire that "Payment Canceled By user"
