I have bought a dress worth 2250 rs and got the product on 11/10/23, on the same day i made a request of return and refund with the video opening video as the product quality is cheap also the size was too big , but i have been trying to reach out to them but getting no answers and this kind of unprofessional behavior makes one wonder of how they are scamming people and making money out of it , Since three days i have been trying to reach out but got no luck, hopefully this will be of some help to others....

I had ordered a suit from online Instagram page namely Eva clothing paradise where they claim they will return product in case customer doesn't like the product .I had made an order with this page on Instagram where they claimed they will return the product in case i want to return the product.

Later on i received the product and made the complaint same day that the product they showed me in pictures is completely different in terms of quality what they had send me i had received my order on 15 April since from around many days i have been requesting them to send delivery guy so that refund could be initiated....

Ordered a dress worth 2200 ..got wrong product never share number n now not returning or refunding money.. not even replying on Instagram..making people fool.. number given on courier packet is always switched off. Eva clothing paradise fake.people....

Order 1 stitched lahenga they have given me wrong product and i m chasing from last 15 days for my return still no Reply from them and they blocked me also Eva brand nhi clothing is Fraud taking money and not giving proper merchandise and not Reply also chor hai chor this Eva brand paradise is chor....

i m ordering lehnga which cost of 2250 and he sent me very poor quality suit I think it cost of 500 and pehle to ye bole ki return n refund policy available but when I'm complain about the wrong product they didn't answering my message too much fake business they are playing....

I have ordered product and they provided me all the details. When it got delivered it's not the same and they are not even responding to insta msgs when they told me that there is 15 days return policy. They are really a big scammers. I will definitely report it to cyber crime....

I have purchased the item of RS 2250 from mentioned company via Instagram and the delivered item was wrong. I tried to contact the company and return the product , But there is no response from company side they are not replying and not returning the call. They are fraud....

I found this seller named EVA CLOTHING PARADISE on INSTAGRAM. I wanted to buy a dress so I tried contacting him through INSTAGRAM CALLS but he never picked up calls but replied through messages on INSTAGRAM. The seller does not have any other contact point- no contact number, no email id. Before ordering the dress I asked him about the return policy in case I didn’t like the dress.

He assured that he has 15 days easy return policy. Believing on him I ordered the dress on 29th of September and it was delivered to me on 5th of October. I paid Rs. 2250 through GOOGLE PAY. I checked the dress which was a very cheap quality one and informed the seller about the same and also requested him to process the return. He assured him that it will take 15 days to process the return.

I kept sending messages to him about the return but then he never replied and its almost more than a month there is no reply form him neither he has processed the return. I have provided all the necessary information as my evidences.

I want to take strict action against this fraud seller. He posts fake pictures and delivers cheap quality goods and also does financial fraud by not processing the returns....

I ordered a dress from the Eva Clothing Paradise for 2250/- and the quality was very poor so the same day I asked to return and get refund but no one is replying to my messages.. it's been almost a month still no reply.. Very disappointed kindly everyone take a not of this....

They are fraud sell all duplicate material and when u report them they stop answering you and block you never return back the money so report these kind of frauds...
