I have bought a dress worth 2250 rs and got the product on 11/10/23, on the same day i made a request of return and refund with the video opening video as the product quality is cheap also the size was too big , but i have been trying to reach out to them but getting no answers and this kind of unprofessional behavior makes one wonder of how they are scamming people and making money out of it , Since three days i have been trying to reach out but got no luck, hopefully this will be of some help to others.
