Premium mystery box including eight items were supposed to be delivered but Fortune unfortunately I was not able to get it proper the items were used and the box wasn’t delivered to me and it cost me ₹800 and not even they picked the phone nor they give me a refund or replacement As I said the items were used and I didn’t get a helpline no. too and also the delivery agent got my item as I have never received And it was refused by me by taking the cancelling otp from me I asked him what was the reason to take this if I am taking this order he didn’t answer me and ran from there I think I am spammed by that delivery person so plz help me get a refund or replacement for this poor service from ekart logistics....

why you don't payment of your ecard employ of this months. conformations date is first of frist day of months . you are every month problem is there about payment. your doing late payment.you gives us one conform date then also you doing late payment. me do mail to our senior about this payment issue hi told us that the HR is doing the late payment that why this issue is going now....

I ordered from MCarespareparts.com of rs 1867 on 2nd August. Shiprocket assigned to Ekart(fraud) estimated date was 6th August. Status was misrouted. & from 8th no status in tracking page.

Today (14th) Merchant is saying once the product returned we process the refund. I did not suggest or advise them to assign to Ekart. Ekart not delivered & not even returned to merchant. Mcaresparepartss.com not responding from yesterday....

I have ordered few items from Myntra. Orders were prepaid. The delivery boy refused to deliver my product. My money and product both are stucked with the delivery boy and he is not picking up my call and he has blocked me so that I won't be able to call him....

I had purchased T Shirts from an Facebook online advertisement.The company advertised is fashion9. To avoid fraud, I chose cash on delivery option. I got messages from ekart about shipment tracking details, package delivered to me and when I insisted I check before I pay, ekart delivery boy refused.

I paid him cash and no receipt. After opening the package some cheap cloth is there. Tried calling ekart customer care, tried their email id. These calls get redirected to flipkart customer care and they cannot provide me the details of the ekart transactions.

Ekart is responsible as it has taken the cash on the company behalf,not able to trace the company online(fashion9). Ekart tracking shows only consignment picked at Surat.

Spoke to customer care of ekart which got directed to flipkart. It is a fraud practice, a big logistics firm ekart does not have their own customercare. And they taking cash on a fraudulent delivery....
