I ordered from MCarespareparts.com of rs 1867 on 2nd August. Shiprocket assigned to Ekart(fraud) estimated date was 6th August. Status was misrouted. & from 8th no status in tracking page.
Today (14th) Merchant is saying once the product returned we process the refund. I did not suggest or advise them to assign to Ekart. Ekart not delivered & not even returned to merchant. Mcaresparepartss.com not responding from yesterday.
