I ordered a Maroon colour Fancy Embroidered Poly Wool Jacket, but what I received is a low quality shirt.

There are three issues I would like you to address,

1. I tried to contact them through mail and asked for an explanation that why they delivered me a cheap quality shirt when I ordered a completely different product i.e. a varsity jacket. They didn’t reply back.

2. They told me to courier that product by myself if I want to return. I told them that it is a major inconvenience for me to return the order by myself through self courier because it was you people who messed up the order so then why are you putting liability on me to return it. They again ignored this message.

3. When I asked for refund they said that you will not get the money back instead we will give you DOZRAY POINTS through which you’ll can shop again from our site. I replied them, I do not want the refund amount to be transferred to my dozray wallet because I am not willing to buy anything in future from your platform.

I need an instant refund of my money to my bank account. Nothing happened again. In the end, they are not cooperating and telling me the refund is not possible....

Fake company dozray they make fool people. They showing shirts n send other products....

I have ordered the shirt and dint receive the similar shirt or product or size. Now they are not receiving the call or doing exchange. Frauds...

Ordered a jacket from this site and got such a horrible shirt that there cant be any level only for this shirt of being horrible its orange and strips. I mailed them and messaged them on both whatsapp and message app.

But there is no response it is worst product ever then are fraud don't buy from them....

They give products and loots the customer cheap quality and different products website is fraud and the customer service number never answer images attach of this fraud company...

I have purchased product by online payment and received worst product. The cloth used is low class and fake. Customer care is not available for this site and calls are not reachable. If u buy then u can't return any products. Torn clothes they have sent. 1k I have paid and now I can't get that money....

i have purchased one product from this site and got third class product. Even there is no tracking details and no order list available. Also there is no comment/Review tab available on site.
