I ordered a Maroon colour Fancy Embroidered Poly Wool Jacket, but what I received is a low quality shirt.

There are three issues I would like you to address,

1. I tried to contact them through mail and asked for an explanation that why they delivered me a cheap quality shirt when I ordered a completely different product i.e. a varsity jacket. They didn’t reply back.

2. They told me to courier that product by myself if I want to return. I told them that it is a major inconvenience for me to return the order by myself through self courier because it was you people who messed up the order so then why are you putting liability on me to return it. They again ignored this message.

3. When I asked for refund they said that you will not get the money back instead we will give you DOZRAY POINTS through which you’ll can shop again from our site. I replied them, I do not want the refund amount to be transferred to my dozray wallet because I am not willing to buy anything in future from your platform.

I need an instant refund of my money to my bank account. Nothing happened again. In the end, they are not cooperating and telling me the refund is not possible.
