Dolphin Logistics and packaging. One of the worst packers and movers I have come across till now. Please don't go for this. Ajit Sahani will gave quotation for one value and made me pay advance payment and then he increased the money.

He said unloading was included but he demanded extra money in the end and made me arrange laborers on your own with extra payment. Once complete payment was made he stopped answering my calls and messages. Lot of mental stress because of this person....

PLEASE DON'T AVAIL THE SERVICE OF DOLPHIN AND SPECIALLY THE CONCERNED PERSON SAHANI, HE IS A FRAUDSTER. I REQUEST PEOPLE IN NORTHEAST, WHO ARE SHIFTING LOCALLY, PLEASE PREFER LOCAL TRANSPORTERS OTHER THAN THESE FRAUD PEOPLE FROM OUTSIDE DOING BUSINESS IN GUWAHATI.

AJEET SAHANI TOOK/DEMANDED THE WHOLE AMOUNT OF TRANSPORTATION, AND MADE A FRAUD COMMITMENT OF DELIVERING THE GOODS. WHEREAS AFTER THE TRUCK CAME TO THE LOCATION OF DELIVERY. HE STOPPED TAKING CALLS AND THE DRIVER DEMANDED UNLOADING CHARGES FROM ME.

THIS AJEET SAHANI IS A CRIMINAL AND SHOULD BE BEHIND BAR FOR FORGERY AND CHEATING....

I had opted and booked services from the mentioned firm (after speaking to AJEET SAHANI- Proprietor of the mentioned firm) to relocate the household goods and essentials from Guwahati, Assam to Kolkata, West Bengal with a quotation of Rs. 22,000/-.

The services would include packing and loading of goods at the Guwahati address and unloading; unpacking (not fitting the goods) of the same at the Kolkata address.

The firm will be liable for any physical damage to any of the goods during the process of transportation. A booking confirmation advance amount of Rs.1000.00/- (in cash) was made on 17th Oct’21 by me.

On 23rd Oct’21, post packing and loading, the owner AJEET SAHANI demanded the entire payment to be done before the delivery of the goods to Kolkata. To which, I did not agree and paid Rs.19000.00 (Rs.10000.00 in cash and Rs.9000.00 via Gpay); i.e., a sum of Rs.20000.00/- was paid already before the delivery of goods to the destination.

After sharing the vehicle no. and mobile no of the driver of the vehicle AJEET SAHANI stopped answering my calls and did not respond to my messages as well. The goods were transported on 23rd Oct’21 and was supposed to be delivered on 26th Oct’21.

I had to speak to the driver for the entire co-ordination of the transportation which was supposed to be your responsibility and the delivery was delayed by 2 days. I received the goods on 28th Oct’21.

On reaching the destination the driver demanded the pending amount of Rs.2000.00 and denied to allow to unload the goods from the vehicle until the payment was made.

On asking about the laborers who were supposed to be given AJEET SAHANI for unloading and unpacking, the driver stated that he isn’t aware of any such commitments and needs his payment since AJEET did not pay him and asked him to demand money from me.

I had to arrange for local laborers to unload and unpack the goods at my own cost which was Rs.4000.00 and this was uncalled for. On opening the back of the truck I was utterly surprised to see that my goods had occupied only 1/4th of the entire space in the vehicle and the rest was empty.

Additionally, after unloading all my goods from the vehicle, I witnessed that there was a bike hidden behind my goods in the truck, when it was clearly mentioned by you that I will receive a direct vehicle with only my goods.

I realized that my refrigerator (3 months old, purchased on 12th July’2021) is not cooling after the delivery and on diagnosing the issue by the technical team, it was found that there was a gas leakage and the compressor of the refrigerator was physically damaged due to mishandling of the good.

That, the cost of repairing would be Rs.12000.00/-. I, therefore, through this complaint demand the firm to pay me a sum of INR 16000.00/- (12000.00 cost of repairing the refrigerator and 4000.00 cost of additional laborers) either in cash or cheque or online transfer; whichever mode suits them.

I inquired on internet for home appliance movement, from Guwahati to Greater NOIDA and Guwahati to Siwan (Bihar). I got call back from phone number [Protected]. Name of the person was Ajit Sahani.

He asked that what all are the materials and where it has to be shipped. I gave details of material to Ajit and he said he will take 7500 for Noida shipment and Rs 2500 for Siwan shipment. I asked him for the written bill, he said not needed, my words are the documents and then said you are bihari and I am also bihar so you are like my brother. Your materials will be delivered without any problem.

He said it will take 5-7 days to deliver the material at door step.

I handed over my materials to him and waited for 7 days but my material not reached then when I called Ajit he said first you make the payment and then I will deliver your materials. I said OK, I have already paid 1000 I will pay rest 8500 then he said no you will have to pay 17500. Then I said this is not what we discussed but he started arguing.

Since my materials were in his hand and I had already relocated from Guwahati to NOIDA, I compromised and he agreed on 12000 for both the shipments (NOIDA and Siwan). As a proof I have whatsapp chat and audio recording for the same.

I said, I will pay 10000 now and 2000 after my bed is delivered to Siwan but he said no you make full payment and I will deliver the material. On his promise I made payment of 12000 (11000 online and 1000 cash to his man).

Now he delivered my NOIDA shipment on 26th June and said Bed will be delivered to Siwan on 30 June. On 30 June when my bed not reached to Siwan I called him multiple time but he not picked up my call and messaged "I am busy". On 1st July one whatsapp he started demanding more money to deliver my bed to Siwan and not picking up my call.

Still my bed is with him and he is not responding to my calls and asking for more money but not disclosing the amount how much he wants, because he knows I have audio recordings and whatsapp chat.

From last more than 20days he is giving me mental torcher and not delivering my bed. I had promised my Mom for the bed and she is emotionally waiting for the bed.

My humble request to the consumer forum is to take necessary action against this person. ...
