Dear support team, I placed the order on 7th April which was cancelled, I again placed a prepaid order with delivery date on 9th April. Today is 10th April, I am not able to connect with the delivery person, he is not picking up the phone or answering my msgs or calls, money has been deducted from my account and I have not received my order yet, I am Very disappointed.kindly initiate refund or deliver my order.

Order time delivery date is showing 22 March 2024 so I have booked all the time for Holi festival or on this app it is showing 29 March 2024 instead of delivery date, what to do if it is delivered so late.

I have ordered basmati rice from city mall but I have received worst quality of rice .. it is completely fraud .. and after requesting they are even not returning it.

I wish to inform you with deepest pain that on 3rd December I have given order of 28 items with prepaid order In 5th December most of item cancelled auto with a narration of technical error.But 2 package of 10kg Atta with order number 44787065 with amount RS 670/- and 100gram pack if Jeera with order number 44862898 showing in process and showing will be deliver by 7th December but today already 9th December.Now requesting either deliver my order or refund my money back. Hope soon I will get solution....

Sir I have made an order on 12 November 2023 and it scheduled delivery date was 22 November. The delivery is constantly delayed from last 4 days. The delivery boy is not receiving call. I have tried many times. The order I'd is 43532019....

Sir i had made an oder no. 40716811,40716812 on dt 8 oct 2023 but not delivered yet but shows delivered on aap ,how's is it possible plz. Clarify it as soon as possible ,no any help line number or any link is provided on aap for registered complained due to this facing lot of problem while doeing complained about order....

I have ordered an item from citymall but it is not delivered to me. The app is showing it is delivered. They are doing us fraud. They didn't delivered my product and they didn't refund my money either....

I had ordered juice from City Mall but have sent expired goods from City Mall, I could have problems with my family, due to which the packing date of juice was 24/11/2022 but City Mall has given me the packing of juice 23/08/2023 which has expired which I 40130515 ordered on 02/10/2023 RBBK1023G0010828....

I had raised return request for a product for a week ago. After two or three days, delivery boy picked up parcel from me and after that a week passed away. I havn't got my refund back yet....

I placed my order on 16-aug-2023, and it was meant to be delivered on 21-aug-2023,but it still hasn't been delivered as of yet (it's 25 Aug today) and order detail screen is also stuck it's still saying "will be delivered on 21 aug" kidney give me further information on when will it be delivered or just give me an refund. Order number is-36890551....
