City Mall: Item not delivered to me.

I have ordered an item from citymall but it is not delivered to me. The app is showing it is delivered. They are doing us fraud. They didn't delivered my product and they didn't refund my money either.

My order no. 41395048 & 41395046 is showing delivered on 16/10/2023 but not delivered yet.
