I had lost around 45k INR in casino days application. Finally when I made a deposit of 32k in the application and requested withdrawal next day of 35k. I was blocked from application and all my amount in the application was gone too which was 11600 INR. Also, my withdrawal was on held and they refused to unblock my account mentioning that i violet there terms of services but i didn't do anything like that. They are just fraud and scamming people.

I don't know if there is any other way to resolve this but i request people to not choose such applications. They don't even provide good customer service as they should be hearing our pov but all they know is what i can see too. Please let me know if this happened with someone and they got their money back. I small assistance would be appreciated....

FRAUD DONE BY CASINO DAYS : Sir I have been playing cassino games from last 1 month on your cassino platform "Casino Days". On 13 Aug 2023 I have added Rs 2000 and get straight away cash bonus of 500 and played game and won 900000. The amount was showing in withdrawal amount in the app. I initiated withdrawal of 800000. The withdrawal request submitted and the platform initiated my account verification. On completion of account verification it was said that the amount will credited in your account within 24 to 48 hours.

But after 24 hours they mail that your amount is ceased because you have miss used the bonus which I have note done. I have read your all terms and condition regarding use of bonus and found that i have not miss used the bonus in any way. I have all evidence which states that I have not done any wrong thing and you platform done a fraud with me.

Sir, therefore I request you to take action and resolve my issue and revert my money in my account. If you say than I will provide you all the details and evidence which states that I rite and your platform (Casino Days ) has done a fraud to me . I had deposited Rs 15 Lakh in Casino Days website. This site looted my money something 10 Lakh. Please refund this amount to my Bank account as soon as possible...

I created account it I'd [PROTECTED]@gmail.com. in casino days then i deposits some money and won. After that I made a withdrawal of 12k on 21st of march 2022 I got a mail on 22th march that your withdrawal successful.

But I did not get money in my bank account after that I wait for 3-5 working day still did not get. Then chat to customer care they said we are please wait. After that I sent mail on there support email id.

They asked for bank statement if I did not receive money than I sent them my updated statement But next day they said our payment department sent money to you It was their answer. Then did many mail but there was no reply....

They gave a bonus for deposit. Upon playing after I made 36k winning..the automatically deducted 35k and left 1.5 in my account stating I have made a maximum winning. Upon talking to customers care they informed that since we made a maximum winning it is deducted.

I did not even ask for withdrawal and was going to play further. If a player has stopped playing and is planning to withdraw that is when u are expected to use the clause and not while the player is playing.

The my have taken out 35k from me. Calculating this way casino days is making money on people's luck with a ridiculous bonus clause and if this clause is not sorted by gaming commission lot of people will loose their winnings to casino days everyday.

And those winnings am not sure are even accounted. Making money on others luck is not a fair practice and gaming commission should come back strong on such casinos....

I've created casinodays account online with mail id [PROTECTED]@gmail.com and win 500000₹. After this I withdrawal this amount.First day said that amount will be credited to your account between 24-48 hours after this they block my account and telling me two casino days account from same person not allowed.

Please help me and tell them to provide my money....
