I have taken a loan from cashpal for medical emergency and paid on time. After 3 hours of repayment they are sending money to my account without my consent. Past 15 weeks they are harassing me i ended up paying more than 1 Lac rupees. Cashpal will kill me and family. Pls save. I have huge debts because of cashpal ...

CashPal loan application has forcefully deposited money into my account without my consent and even before their agents are forcing me to pay the amount in a very rude language.

They have deposited an amount of 8400 on 28th May, 2022 without my consent. And they forced me to pay the amount on 3rd June, 2022. I told them I don't want to pay the full amount, I will only pay the amount that I had received.

But they told me this mistake wont happen again. But after payment they again deposited 9600 into my account within 2-3 hours and I had messaged the executive what did you people do again.

And now on the sixth day itself, another executive from an E sim started threatening me, demanding a payment within 5 minutes. If this is the way all loan applications behave it will be highly impossible for the normal people to face the consequences.

They are highly rude and don't even think about our situations. I want legal action against the app as soon as possible. I want it to stop giving loans to people as soon as possible and all its stakeholders face legal action as soon as possible.

I hope this issue gets resolved as soon as possible....

I have my old loan are clear 16000/- and after log out but again again send me loan successful apply cash pal apps is fraud totally no any customers number mail id response please help me this is cash pal fraud number +[Protected]....

I have installed this Cashpal loan app from Play store on Sep 21 and applied for loan. I have repaid the loan on 24/09/21. Now a days it is not shown in Play store. This app gives a loan of 7 days.

When I last taken loan in feb'22 and paid on 21st Feb'22 ,this Company have set auto- loan service against my account. As soon as I pay the loan and uninstall it they on the same day or next itself again credit amount in my bank account without my knowledge.

It has been happening since Feb'22 till day. After every 7 days they credit the amount and I have to repay it with high interest rate. Email id and Contact no given on Cashpal app doesn't work.

Even after deletion of app from mobile they send the amount in the bank account. There is no contact person whom I can complain. But on the repayment date they start calling, harassing and they make whats app groups of my contacts.

And they sent messages saying "Loan Chor" and they also edited my photo with vulgar pic and sent it to my contacts. They start calling all my references from phones contact list.

From Feb'22 till date I have been paying high interest every 7 days. The company people harass and blackmail so badly. Last 24th April when they credited 9600 of loan of 16000 i delayed in paying the amount as they have crossed all limits and month on month they were harassing me.

I asked them to stop this auto credit of loan service, but still after payment they credit the amount in bank. With overdue charges 23680 i paid on 9th may. After that i uninstalled this app but again on 10th may 9600 was credited to my bank account.

Again 17920 i have paid on 18th may. Before making this payment on 18th may ,i was confirmed in whatsapp by cashpal app executive that no more loan will be credited again.

But on same day 18th May again 9600 have been credited in my bank account. I am trying to contact the same executive same day but no one is responding. I have received whatsapp messages from these three mobile numbers. +[Protected], +[Protected], +[Protected].

Need Officers to take strict action on this Cashpal loan app on immediate basis and punish them....

I had paid my previous loan and had deleted the app but they again credited money in my ACC without my knowledge and this happened with me 2 times. when i have already paid and deleted the app how they can send me money.

They credited 4k n now i have to pay 7k. then they call me and harass me and blackmail me. They viral my photo saying loan chor and also edited my pic with vulgar pic....

Last week on 24th I have repaid the loan of 16,000 and closed, but with my notification they have credited the amount again for 9,600 and today they have asked for repayment. There is no one to stop these people.

I need some officers to take strict action on this application. Cashpal application....

I AM MANASH BAPARI. I REPAY MY LOAN 14000RS ON 25TH APRIL AND DELETE THE APPLICATION. AFTER SOME TIME I GOT A SMS. I SAW THEY APPROVED 16000RS LOAN AND SEND 96000 RS ON MY ACCOUNT.

IN THIS TIME VERY INTERESTING PART IS I CLOSE MY ACCOUNT 21 APRIL. I HAVE ALL PROVE. I DON'T KNOW WHO THEY APPROVED LOAN AND SEND MONEY. THIS COMPANY IS FULLY FRAUD.

IF ANY ONE APPLY ONE TIME THIS COMPANY MAKE A LOOP ALL CUSTOMER. AND REPAY DAY K TIME PE BAHAT KHARP KARTE HAIN. PLEASE HELP ME....

I took a loan from cashpal then I repayed on time. But now every week they without permission is sending some money to my account and ask me to pay the loan so I have to pay 5 to 6 thousand every week.

I have raised many complains and written mail. If I don't pay they send nudes and vulgar messages to my contacts using my name....

Sir i am taking loan only one time and repay it correct time, second time i am not applying loan they are giving loan and also repayment black mailing also, 3rd time i am not applying loan they are giving loan.

Maine cibil improve karne ke liye online loan apps se loan le liye, cash pal, papa money, cash host etc but yeh koi company nahi hai 8 000 ke loan per 3800 rupay diye ac mai aur 5 din mai bapas maang rahe.

Inhone saara data poori contact list hack ker li har insaan ko cal karke paresaan ker rahe hai....
