CashPal loan application has forcefully deposited money into my account without my consent and even before their agents are forcing me to pay the amount in a very rude language.

They have deposited an amount of 8400 on 28th May, 2022 without my consent. And they forced me to pay the amount on 3rd June, 2022. I told them I don't want to pay the full amount, I will only pay the amount that I had received.

But they told me this mistake wont happen again. But after payment they again deposited 9600 into my account within 2-3 hours and I had messaged the executive what did you people do again.

And now on the sixth day itself, another executive from an E sim started threatening me, demanding a payment within 5 minutes. If this is the way all loan applications behave it will be highly impossible for the normal people to face the consequences.

They are highly rude and don't even think about our situations. I want legal action against the app as soon as possible. I want it to stop giving loans to people as soon as possible and all its stakeholders face legal action as soon as possible.

I hope this issue gets resolved as soon as possible.
