I had taken a loan of Rs. 7000 from CashPocket App. they gave me only Rs. 4200. My due date was 12 October, I started getting calls from 11th October to make the payment. I opened the app and it was not opening, so I told the customer care executive, he sent me a link to make the payment in parts, which I made payments in 4 parts, 2100 three times and then 700. just after I finished paying the amount.

I started getting threatening calls from different Pakistan numbers and Indian numbers around 35-40 calls saying that I had not yet paid the loan amount and to pay the amount again. To which I denied. They morphed my picture into a nude one and sent it to my phone harassing that they will spread the picture to my contacts. Please help me a solution to get out of this. I have lodged a complaint to cybercrime and to the nearest police station. Now the cybercrime will take action against the numbers. Any other solution to stop this App only so that others don't fall into their trap....

I have borrowed a amount of 5000 from cash pocket on dated 26 Sep 2023 and tenure was 15 days. They texted me and asked me for the money with interest which is 6750 and then they send me a morphed photo of myself and threatened me that if I don't pay them back they will share this pic with everyone. I reached my nearest police station and talked with them they said no need to worry uninstall the app but the agents from cash pocket already hacked my phone my whatsapp and everything.

I already paid entire amount in 2 tranches when they send me a message. Screenshots are attached here. After payment they are denied to payment and again asked me for more payment. They called by family member and my office colleagues and making pressure on me to paid again. I paid Rs. 2600 on 3 Oct 2023 with transaction ID [Protected]and 2nd on same date Rs. 2600 with transaction ID [Protected]. After payment done, they are harassing me and abusing me for more money and blackmailing to me.

I put my mobile switch off. After 2 or 3 days they again started to call me threatened me then they shared a morphed picture of mine and my mother to one of my friend which is totally violation of one's privacy. They are rapidly change their company name. Request for your kind help in this case....

I have taken 3000 and paid 12000 within two weeks to recovery agents. Now again they are calling continuously to pay more amount. I deleted the app also. They are sending some UPI ID's and asking me to pay the amount. There is no customer service. Please resolve the issue. If it continuous I will be going for legal action against them where I have all the call recordings and screenshots....

I re-payed the loan which I took of 5200 I paid every penny and then someone called me and started blackmailing me with nude pictures of my family member which he got from my contact details and started harassing me to next level I need to pay to save myself from such a thing I don't want that to happen I swear I never gonna take loan in my life again I don't know still it's over or not but they might text me again i blocked them already but they might I am so terrorized please help me.

Never ever trust such loan apps I don't know how did I downloaded it and how it got submitted and somehow I got money in my bank account this all is so messed up sir I need your help indeed please help me get out through this i am so depressed right now don't know what to do I thought there must be customer care number of that app I tried calling it but they were fraud too I am in need of urgent help please reach me out sir I want your help asap....

I was looking for the personal loan in the time of emergency, I installed three apps like chamak, cash pocket & another one (forgot name). I have took the loan from one application among them. When I opened the other app it was showing the similar that I have borrowed a loan, I was totally confused from which app I have took the loan.The loan amount was 5000 /- but they have transferred me only 3000 /-. And after 4/5 days they called me continuously, the call was from chamak application, & they whatsapp me my photo, pancard & my contact list details, they sacred me to repay the loan amount & they even said if I do not pay the amount they are going to take the action. Somehow I arranged the money from family & friends & I have paid 5000 /- to chamak app.

Again after 4/5 days they started calling me & did whatsapp me with the same photo, Pancard & contact lists, they said that they are from cash pocket & told me to repay the amount of 5000 /- . I told them that I have paid. & they scared me used some bad words. And I searched google & YouTube & I got to know they are fraud apps. I stopped answering their calls & messages but still they use to call me & message me daily. Sir/ Madam I request you please get me out of this situation....

I didn't apply any loan but there are deposited to my bank account small amount and them asking big amount for repay, didn't pay then started harassment like marching photos sending to relative contact number....

Main apna lane pay kar Diya galji se is app ke installation hone ke baad 3000 Aya tha jab ki Maine all ready 8400 jama kar juka h fir vi agent phone karke prisan kar rhe h or bad works used kar rhe h h....

I have told them i don't need the money but they still have put the money in my account so can u tell me how to resolve this as the app is not working....

After this when I uninstalled the app I guess they could no more track or hack my device but after 2 or 3 weeks they again started to call me threatened me then they shared a morphed picture of mine and my mother to one of my friend which is totally violation of one's privacy so I again reached out to the police station filed a FIR against them after that they tried to contact me again threatened me now if I pay them back their is no prove that in future they will not blackmail me again and after what they did violated my privacy I don't think so one should pay I will reach out to the court and block this app....

I am writing this letter to express my frustration with your company’s recovery agents, who have misrepresented the facts while attempting to collect a debt from me. Your agents have been using misleading information and tactics to coerce me into making payments that I do not owe. Your agents have been contacting my family members and colleagues regarding a debt that I do not owe, which is a clear violation of my privacy rights. Your agents have threatened me with physical harm and made false statements about the legal consequences of not paying the debt.

For your kind information, Plz. refer all screen shorts and statements in which you can find that I had paid all dues and there is not any pending against me. He says you pay atleast Rs. 5000/- for one time otherwise I will forward your naked pictures on social media and to all your contact persons in which you have in your contact details. I am surprised how he can hack my personal information from my phone.

I understand that you have a right to recover the debt, but this does not give your agents the right to contact third parties and disclose my personal information. This behavior is not only inappropriate but also illegal. Despite of no dues against me.

I have provided your agents with evidence that I have already paid the debt in question, but they have refused to acknowledge it and continued to demand payment. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also unethical.

However, I cannot tolerate the kind of harassment that your agents have been subjecting me to. I request you take immediate action to ensure that your agents stop harassing me. If this behavior continues, I will be forced to take legal action against your company....
