I am writing this letter to express my frustration with your company’s recovery agents, who have misrepresented the facts while attempting to collect a debt from me. Your agents have been using misleading information and tactics to coerce me into making payments that I do not owe. Your agents have been contacting my family members and colleagues regarding a debt that I do not owe, which is a clear violation of my privacy rights. Your agents have threatened me with physical harm and made false statements about the legal consequences of not paying the debt.

For your kind information, Plz. refer all screen shorts and statements in which you can find that I had paid all dues and there is not any pending against me. He says you pay atleast Rs. 5000/- for one time otherwise I will forward your naked pictures on social media and to all your contact persons in which you have in your contact details. I am surprised how he can hack my personal information from my phone.

I understand that you have a right to recover the debt, but this does not give your agents the right to contact third parties and disclose my personal information. This behavior is not only inappropriate but also illegal. Despite of no dues against me.

I have provided your agents with evidence that I have already paid the debt in question, but they have refused to acknowledge it and continued to demand payment. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also unethical.

However, I cannot tolerate the kind of harassment that your agents have been subjecting me to. I request you take immediate action to ensure that your agents stop harassing me. If this behavior continues, I will be forced to take legal action against your company.
