Site of cakegift.in accepted money for coconut laddo which was not available. Call came and company accepted to deliver the product after one day. An incorrect product was delivered the next day, after I called. I had informed immediately for pickup of the incorrect item and incorrect delivery of the product with image as evidence. Did not get any apt response.later i was asked to provide image of the packaging after two days.

Thankfully I had..so i sent picture of the same. After clarifying with delivery team..it was conveyed to me that products were exchanged and incorrect item was delivered to me. I had requested for refund via mail and watsapp but did not received any response. I need refund as i have not received the product i had ordered. Please help....

On 13th jan 24 i have placed a cake and flowers order for my husband birthday. Before placing the order, i called the given number +[Protected]to enquiry about the service. Aman from the cake company assured to deliver the order on time, he sounded very promising and trust-worthy. I paid 2800 and my order was confirmed and i was provided an order 158353. Everything looked genuine. On the date of delivery 15th jan 24, the cake was supposed to be delivered at 10am.

When i called aman, he said due to festive season delivery person are occupied and the cake will be delivered before 4pm. Much to my surprise, i have been provided timely response by Aman despite the fact that i have been cheated throughout the conversation. I have placed on order to deliver a cake in my house on 20th April 2022, unfortunately this delivery didn’t come and even after several follow up with the Company there is no response from their end.

I have made the payment as per their policy.

Cakegift is a online food delivery partner who take order and do not act on them neither do they refund money!! Www.cakegift.in You can see all the reviews online! Even I am cheated by them. I had placed an order of 798 which never delivered nor do they respond on customer call.

Moreover they rate themselves so false on their food items anyone can get cheated easily. I please request to take strict actions against them as they have many fradus reported under Google reviews and must be banned from selling anything online and save money and emotions of people.

My experience with them. It is my fiancee's birthday on august 21st. I ordered a cake online worth 798 including the changers for fast delivery of 149 rs. as per the order placed it was supposed to be delivered between 1pm to 4 pm. I kept calling their number from 3pm to follow up I never got the proper response and they kept telling me.

It is in progress and will be delivered. I must mention they don’t even see the order copy when the call Center picks up the call just say let me check give me a call after 5 minutes!! Which they never pick for 1 or 2 hours later !! Every time the response is I’ll check !! They don’t even cancel order or refund money . I request to please take strict actions against them....
