Site of cakegift.in accepted money for coconut laddo which was not available. Call came and company accepted to deliver the product after one day. An incorrect product was delivered the next day, after I called. I had informed immediately for pickup of the incorrect item and incorrect delivery of the product with image as evidence. Did not get any apt response.later i was asked to provide image of the packaging after two days.

Thankfully I had..so i sent picture of the same. After clarifying with delivery team..it was conveyed to me that products were exchanged and incorrect item was delivered to me. I had requested for refund via mail and watsapp but did not received any response. I need refund as i have not received the product i had ordered. Please help.
