I had very hard experience with ScamBazar, initially I call to the cabbazar they said, cab is available from Uttarakhand to Delhi after booking the cab in the portal, they called me and updated me cab is not available, we are giving you a voucher for your money by cancelling the booking, you can try by selecting other SUV options with voucher. Then i said please refund the amount to same account.

I may not use the service in near future..but they’re not ready to refund and force me to use the voucher and the voucher is not applicable to pay the complete while booking the cab, only the advance payment they will deduct from the voucher, so they are very much tried how to lock the people with voucher and they know very well how to make money to their voucher.. after I sent multiple emails and I try to reach customer care number no one responding...please don’t trust scambazar.

Miss guided me, they said i can use complete amount to pay for trip and i thought to use the voucher to 2 rides 389667, 389669, but here is only advance amount debited and remaining 1300 and 1100 i pad for trip, so from airport to Ameerpet Hyd... generally, in other apps or local taxi i can get a cab within 1000 rupees but here i paid 1700 in total. do you think is it reasonable?

And Gachibowli 1400????? If i want to use my 2800 voucher, at least need spend 30k, you guys are looting like anything. That’s way i asked for refund... you guys are doing very a smart work to make money..but easily undstandable... by unknowingly used your application....

I had booked a cab through cabbazar from Igatpuri to Navi Mumbai. On completing the trip I paid the remaining full amount to the cab driver but he started arguing saying that his commission from the company is due. He went to the extent of going to the police station & dragged me there saying that I need to bear the commission on behalf of the company.

It was a horrible experience as Cabbazar team was not picking up the call. The police officers were taking the Driver's side saying passengers need to bear the difference amount. There are multiple cab booking portals around but the transparency is lacking....

It's a fraud company, their executive specially a lady name mamata is worst. They don't even refund or compensate for your loss. It ministry of transport should look into such fraud company and shut it....

My name is Rutuja. I had booked cab for 12th Feb 2023 from Pune at 12.30AM (pickup).
Booking ID - 307196
Driver Name - Mohammad
My pickup was done at 1.00 AM. After my pickup within 15km my cab was breakdown, then I called the customer care but nobody helped us with this as I am a pregnant women I was standing on Khed Shivapur Highway till 4.30 AM. When I called Tushar (Employee ID - CBM07) from Customer Care,He was supposed to send another Cab. We waited for longer duration but He said that cab will be there after 5 am only.

I was standing there in the Midnight till 4.30 - 5.00 am. They did not send me any cab. I had to go by myself to home again. I had to manage another cab for me to go back to home. I was in hope which Tushar gave me that cab will be there till 5 am. I was standing over there waiting for cab till 4.30am but no response. After that my trip was cancelled. When I called them back Tushar said that he has initiated my refund, where I didn’t receive any message or Mail.

I called back to Tushar for confirmation 4 times. He said that my refund is initiated & because of network issues I am not getting the messages I was in hope & in assurance with the team but very very very bad experience I had in my pregnancy. Nobody called me again for this, I want to escalate this issue This incident is really big and worst for me, that I told to the team that I am pregnant still they treat me very bad....
