My name is Rutuja. I had booked cab for 12th Feb 2023 from Pune at 12.30AM (pickup).

My pickup was done at 1.00 AM. After my pickup within 15km my cab was breakdown, then I called the customer care but nobody helped us with this as I am a pregnant women I was standing on Khed Shivapur Highway till 4.30 AM. When I called Tushar (Employee ID - CBM07) from Customer Care,He was supposed to send another Cab. We waited for longer duration but He said that cab will be there after 5 am only.
I was standing there in the Midnight till 4.30 - 5.00 am. They did not send me any cab. I had to go by myself to home again. I had to manage another cab for me to go back to home. I was in hope which Tushar gave me that cab will be there till 5 am. I was standing over there waiting for cab till 4.30am but no response. After that my trip was cancelled. When I called them back Tushar said that he has initiated my refund, where I didn’t receive any message or Mail.
I called back to Tushar for confirmation 4 times. He said that my refund is initiated & because of network issues I am not getting the messages I was in hope & in assurance with the team but very very very bad experience I had in my pregnancy. Nobody called me again for this, I want to escalate this issue This incident is really big and worst for me, that I told to the team that I am pregnant still they treat me very bad.
