i ordered a tshirt i paid 100 rs cod charges now i want to replace the product and they want me to pay 100 rs more for the product. that too prepaid . i place multiple orders but after this pathetic service neither i ll order nor i ll recommend to someone . it would be better if they d affiliate with just amazon....

I placed an order for 2 oversized tee however the size was not upto my expectations thus raised a return request on the same day by paying extra for the third party delivery that these guys rely upon. Not only did the delivery agent misbehaved but also did not took the return.

I raised this concern through different medium of communication with them but still there was no update on that nor on my return. My money is struck with these shrewd people who are scamming people with delivering bad quality products.

There is no resolution from their part for such nuisances. Deeply regret shopping from bonkers.Beware....

I bought some items from bonkers corner and the quality of the product just turned out to be worse. It also had some size issue and I wanted to return the product and get the money back to my source bank account.

Now they are saying that the money could only be returned to my wallet (which can only be used to buy products from bonkers corner) and not to the original bank account. They are also charging extra money for returning. I think this platform is a scam. I would recommend nobody to buy anything from this platform....

I have ordered some tops from this Bonkers corners on 22 September 2021 and today is 11th May 2023. Like literally whenever I see my order status it says, your order is on process. I am like Bhai ab kab deliver krega mere marne ke baad??? Mere heirs lenge mere parcel ya unhe bhi ni milne wala. Totally disgusting site ever....

Its been 14 days since i placed my order and there isn't any clarity whether the order has been dispatched. Their response is always vague and unsatisfactory. An assurance or at least a time frame would help, but they aren't ready to even commit to that....

I’ve ordered 2 t-shirts and it was my first time so i ordered the size which i usually do from other sites but these which i ordered from bonkers was too big for me so i requested exchange from the website.

It said exchange request sent successfully you’ll receive an email within 48 hrs but it’s been 5 days and no response from their side i have placed request 3 times again no response i have been trying to call them since 3 days.

It always says all our representatives are busy please call again later i have mailed them and no response. Such a bad service please help me if you can....

The product was a cropped top with some print on it. the print faded in rain water while being used. the company is not taking any guarantee of the product by saying that thry do not accept washed clothes. it is true that the product has been washed once but the product's print faded even before that. the company is cheating its customers by their policy of not accepting washed clothes and giving us bad quality products. ...

I've placed an order in November from bonkers of 2 products of which the fit and sizing of one of them I didn't like. I made a return request and they have so bad customer service that it's been more than 15 days since the Pickup and my product is there in their warehouse still they are not processing my refund.

I just want them to be transparent about this pathetic refund policy. They are providing me with no option at all My money is stuck since 20 days now. Plus their customer support is pathetic felt like i had to contact them for minimum 8 to 9 times still I couldn't get my refund .

All their customer Support executives say that they'll refund my order but they just don't....

I have placed my order on 17th of Oct it's been 9 days I didn't get any update related to it. Every time I try to contact or chat they usually end up by saying that your will be dispatch soon even if I try to call they didn't answer and I have prepaid my order.

All I want is the actual status of my order or at least please respond to our call and let us know the delivery timing. I have also ask few people from different states they have received order within a week.

I don't know what's going on like they are promoting their site every where but not even responding to customer such a bad service . Please look into it and solve it....
