I have placed my order on 17th of Oct it's been 9 days I didn't get any update related to it. Every time I try to contact or chat they usually end up by saying that your will be dispatch soon even if I try to call they didn't answer and I have prepaid my order.
All I want is the actual status of my order or at least please respond to our call and let us know the delivery timing. I have also ask few people from different states they have received order within a week.
I don't know what's going on like they are promoting their site every where but not even responding to customer such a bad service . Please look into it and solve it.

I’m disgusted with their customer service. Have been trying to reach them every platform possible but there is dead silence on their end. This is so frustrating. I have learnt my lesson to never buy anything from these newbie insta sites. Will stick to those reliable Amazon/Myntra sites for online shopping. This is an extortion campaign. They cheat us and take away our money with no accountability for their mistakes. I’m utterly disgusted.

I am facing the same issue. would you like to file a class action law suit with me against the company?
My order is getting delayed for no reason and no-one is their to resolve my issue customer service is disgusting as only bots reply in the chat... Please dont buy anything from this site...such a bad experience with bonkers

I wasted alot of time with the customer service today and no resolution was provided over all the lies their team kept telling me. This has by far been one of the worst experiences for me even though I love their products. From a customer service standpoint, their service is extremely terrible. Kept me on the call for 30 minutes and provide no resolution to the problem and lord on top to put the blame on me.
I ordered one item fr bonkers.joggers. i placed a request for exchange to another size. There is literally no revert from there side. Just changing platforms from contact. It's pathetic. I want a response. This is seriously disgusting!!
They say if I'm paying my order by using UPI or gpay etc. I'll get 5% discount but till now I ordered two times but I didn't get any. What kind of discount is this?
I’ve ordered 2 t-shirts and it was my first time do i ordered the size which i udually fo from other sites but these ehicb i ordered from bonkers was too hig fir ne so i requested exchange from the website it said dxchange req sent successfully you’ll receive an email within 48 hrs but it’s been 5 days snd no response from their side i’ve placed req 3 times again no reponse ive been trying tk call them since 3 days again no response i’ve mailed them and no respone. Such a bad service please help me if you can
