I’ve ordered 2 t-shirts and it was my first time so i ordered the size which i usually do from other sites but these which i ordered from bonkers was too big for me so i requested exchange from the website.
It said exchange request sent successfully you’ll receive an email within 48 hrs but it’s been 5 days and no response from their side i have placed request 3 times again no response i have been trying to call them since 3 days.
It always says all our representatives are busy please call again later i have mailed them and no response. Such a bad service please help me if you can.
