My cake 20th November 2023 booked mid night delivery extra charges 250 rupees cake butterscotch 600 delivery tip 20 total 869 rupees paid but cake is not delivered customer service not responding please my amount is refund.

The Complaint/ Review has been submitted by the user Mgopinadh against the company i.e. BloomsVilla.com (www.bloomsvilla.com) from Andhra Pradesh, India regarding a Fraud/ Scam....

They will not deliver your order, take money in advance and customer service is not contactable. A customer service chat seems to be a bot. While ordering they will send link of tracking order and it will show that it is with the delivery partner and then no news at all. When you mail them and complaint about it, they will say it cannot be cancelled and it is non refundable. The funniest thing is I don't understand the phrase 'we cannot cancel it' when you don't receive the order first of all. Companies like this should be investigated and shut down because genuine hard earning people are the ones who actually try to buy plants to grow and take care of it and they get cheated like this online!!!! Today they mailed saying it cannot be cancelled and will have to accept the order. And that's the best part.

Still no delivery and they have mailed saying if the delivery person tried and we could not be contacted, it will be reported and closed as attempted delivery and no refund will be issued. Trust me, this is a fraud company since nobody will call and no one came to deliver. They just keep sending you mail saying that we accepted their terms and conditions when there was nothing mentioned while ordering except that it will be delivered same day and tracking will show that it is out with the delivery partner!!! It's really frustrating that these cheaters exist and rob people openly....

I ordered a bouquet worth Rs599 on 24th September, on website they claimed to deliver it within 3 hours after placing the order but they didn't deliver and not cancelling my order . There's no response from their side . The contact number which is given on site is fake. They didn't even refund the money . They are totally fraud and scamming the innocent people.

I tried other websites too before ordering from bloomsvilla but after I entered address they clarified that they are unable to deliver that order same day , so I refused those websites . But www.bloomsvilla.com had not clarified it to me earlier. So I ordered it from their website.

The customer care number which is on website is not applicable and they didn't even give any update regarding your order. They don't cancel your order and ask you to read terms and conditions before placing order . But tell me one thing if you are claiming to deliver it within 3 hours then who gonna waste once time on reading terms and conditions.

They are just making fool of their customers and doing fraud to innocent public . Shame on you guys . You should give proper knowledge to your customers before accepting someone's order....

I have placed an order paying 599 and was waiting till 1 pm for the delivery as the same not done I checked email and saw they need 599 more to get it delivered as it’s outskirts for them I told if they could call before the delivery time I would have ended up paying and then I asked to cancel so they say cancellation charge is 300 /- or service gift voucher so as it’s their mistake.

They don’t mind to say sorry so it’s in fact they want full money and no service never get carried away I wonder still they service and get 5 stars in their website before placing order I didn’t check for their reviews any ways even after getting so many complaints against them I wonder how they still work or allowing to continue....

I ordered a cake and flowers but neither it got delivered nor they r returning my money apart from this there is zero response from their customer care helpline number. So it’s a fake company....

ORDER WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVER ON 30th’Aug’2023 at MIDNIGHT. THEY DIDN’T DELIVER IT NEITHER GAVE ANY UPDATE ON THE SAME and when I tried reaching them, their so called Customer Support is unreachable. FRAUDULENT COMPANY. Please take actions. I have seen so many complaints against them, please it’s high time now. I want my complete refund. Never trust them.

A big FRAUDDDDD COMPANY, paisa chorrr, playing with people emotionsss. It was a very big day for someone, really very hurt....

I placed an order of orchid flowers and fruit cake for my aunt's 75th birthday and received cheap flowers. The delivery man was asked if there was anything else sent and he denied. He comes back later in the evening with a box of cake that was dripping and non-edible. My aunt who was a medical professional said the cake could have caused her serious illness.

I tried calling Bloomsvilla but they never answered. I tried sending them an email and they responded with no remorse. This company takes no responsibility for their action and must be banned from doing business....

Wanted to file a case against this fraud company BLOOMSVILLA
as they are doing big time frauds with people by taking their orders for cakes and flowers and not delivering it. They are not even picking up the customer care and not even replying to any messages on their portal in helpline section.

The scammers are so smart that when you find them on LinkedIn, every employee is having premium account so that we can not reach them there also. Even on Instagram they are having 0 post with no following and only some 50k bought followers.

Please help me with this as I read about them and they are doing this fraud with many people which is disgusting.

I ordered from their website items worth 4000 per n which they were offering express delivery for same day by 8 pm on 14 feb. After trying to contact them several times I was not able to connect with anyone from their company on the chat . When I tried call other on the no which is on top of their website I found out that the no does not exist. This is a very big fraud company and the internet is filled with their complains of the same nature. Please take serious action against them....

Its completely fraud website and they are looting public money. I have ordered flowers for one of my relative clinic opening, Order was accepted and amount was taken but its not delivered and they are saying service was not available on that area. No one pic the phone which was mentioned on the website (0[Protected]).
