I ordered a bouquet worth Rs599 on 24th September, on website they claimed to deliver it within 3 hours after placing the order but they didn't deliver and not cancelling my order . There's no response from their side . The contact number which is given on site is fake. They didn't even refund the money . They are totally fraud and scamming the innocent people.

I tried other websites too before ordering from bloomsvilla but after I entered address they clarified that they are unable to deliver that order same day , so I refused those websites . But www.bloomsvilla.com had not clarified it to me earlier. So I ordered it from their website.

The customer care number which is on website is not applicable and they didn't even give any update regarding your order. They don't cancel your order and ask you to read terms and conditions before placing order . But tell me one thing if you are claiming to deliver it within 3 hours then who gonna waste once time on reading terms and conditions.

They are just making fool of their customers and doing fraud to innocent public . Shame on you guys . You should give proper knowledge to your customers before accepting someone's order.
