Yesterday I ordered some of the items from my husband's phone and ID . But some of the items were missing from the order kindly go through it . Yesterday we were quite busy so we couldn't go through the order but I opened the delivery packet now and discovered the items are missing....

I ordered something on 3rd of November. I cancelled that order at that time and from the day I haven't received my refund. The amount was of 115 rupees.

The Complaint/ Review has been submitted by the user Mahipathak against the company i.e. Blinkit.com () from , India regarding a Fraud/ Scam....

Refund was given in the form promo code with an expiry date. Why a expiry date is set for a refund, which is my money. The promo code is expired and Blinkit is not reissuing refund in any form....

When the delivery boy asked for online payment i tried to pay directly in the blinkit app. However once the money was deducted from my account it still did not show that the order was paid for... Had to pay the delivery guy again. I'm yet to receive my refund....

Mr. Sonu, who is the delivery boy in our nearest Blinkit Assistant nearest to Prahladpur ROHINI LOCATION. He misbehaved with my loving sons because I was busy some official meeting and unable to receive the call from Blinkit. He said that please return the parcel after 10 minutes and my children already used the product . As well as he also talked with me in a very rough language....

I ordered 2 items out of which the delivery guy handed me a closed packet (I was totally clueless that there can be an item(s) missing). On checking the packet, I found only 1 item inside that. I quickly opened the "Chat with us" option and mentioned my problem. But Blinkit team is ridiculous - No satisfactory response or refund or my amount. They just don't care about the hard-earned money of customer. And just busy in cheating people. BIGGEST CHEATERS. Scam all over....

My husband ( Shubham) ordered eggs from blinkit. I ( Lavanya) opened it and the cockroaches went over my hand. Later, there were many more that was in the box and close to 8 of them were there which I had to kill. It even went over my foot. The customer care representative Sumaiya did not take responsibility for it. They just initiated refund for which I had to return the item for which I had to stay up. No manager spoke to me inspite if asking again and again. No one bothered to call me.

They asked me to wait at 11.20/0 in the night. From 11.50 to 12.30 also the manager didn't call. Another customer care guy called Sachin just kept me in call and yet no manager spoke to me. These people had no empathy! And they didn't understand the depth of what happened! This is not okay! This needs to be rectified and my misery was not accounted

I need justice to this. In one order before, they have us rotten eggs crate the entire house was smelling because of it. This time it came with cockroaches.They need to be fined and I need to be compensated for the ordeal I went through plus for such inaction and unempathetic response!...

Incident:date 18.03.23 time:8:16 i ordered online on blinkit my order was not placed but the amount rs 624 was deposited they are so careless its been 2days since i ordered still they didn't refund my money they are cheaters stealers beggars better they can beg for money we will give it away but they are misusing it so please take seriously this regard and take action immediately. 2 products were missing from my order...n they are saying they have initiated my refund but they haven't initiated my refund neither it's showing in my bank account or they are also not providing me RRN number...fraud website... don't but anything they r not at all responsible....

i order a item from app and that is missing and after that i chat to there app and they initiate the refund into wallet and suddenly they logout me and now i m not able to login also my refund stuck.Mail to them but not received any revert....
