Unethical, unprofessional, uneducated management & team. Not recommended at all.BOOKED CAR TRANSPORT SERVICE from Kolkata to Pune in Nov 2023, for my own Kia Sonet car.During booking and car drop at their dankuni warehouse my km run was 422 only with car range 250+ kms to go , when my car unloaded in Pune it was already run by 555 kmn with no fuel at all, when I asked why and how 125+ kms run happened with no fuel remaining where it was supposed to run for only 30_35 kms max, found they are rude,not professional,ill mannered only. Could not respond to my query and disconnected my call also asking the vendor to hold my car.

It was good that they were good so they delivered my car properly in Pune. This damn company is run by two rude & ill mannered people, this Sandeep Gupta and their lady front office executive. Talks like goons & gundas. Bills are not well written,works as third party agency only,no proper office,warehouse or truck fleet available with them. No tracking facility available. Customer support doesn't work properly.Very bad experience with them. They r fraud, lots of hidden charges, giving something as quotation and thn while getting the car they are asking for more money for GST and other charges. False commitment and unprofessional. No one should book. All the social media reviews are also negative....

I had ever seen this type of fraud company dont go with this they are illegal business initially they give you low quotations then after receiving advance they make your purse empty they loot your money dont go with this and dont fall for their positive reviews all of them are written by their company only that lady executive is worst dont loose your money....

I received a Quotation for bike transportation from 626203 to 134116 of Rs.5000/-. Also paid a token advance of 1000/- before booking date. First they told me door to door service then they asked me to come to godown which is 100 kms away from my booking spot. I agreed and now they demanding extra 2500/-.

So i asked my token advance back they refused by saying non refundable. I dint see any terms and conditions in that Quotation. They are blaming me for their mistakes. I am having all the proof against them. Kindly help to me get my money back. Now they are telling me not to contact them back.

Also they used the word pagal during the conversation. This is not my fault and in the Quotation they have mentioned that from sattur to Panchkula and also mentioned the bike details as well. There is no change in the volume as well as no change in the address also then why they are demanding more money than the quoted price.

And lastly they demanded 7500 from madurai to Panchkula and it is 100 kms far from my hometown. Kindly look into this and do the needful at the earliest. Kindly get my money back, I don’t trust them....

In 15 th august 2021 I have shifting my house hold to Kolkata from Mumbai. There service is very good. Birla packers and movers ltd. Team are very neat and clean by service. Office stuffers behaviour is very polite. There work is too good. They are very co-operative. Thank you Birla packers and movers....

I have choose the Birla Packers and Movers Pvt ltd, for transporting my house hold items door to door from Bandel-712123, WB to Varanasi-221005, UP. It was agreed to pay the final negotiated amount of Rs. 38, 250 which includes packing, loading, unloading, transportation and insurance and as per final quotation no taxation amount mentioned for consignment packing and pick up on 31.03.2021.

On schedule date after loading they ask forcefully to pay Extra tax amount only after that they deliver my house hold. After paying the amount of Rs. 6813 on 02.04.2021 they deliver the consignment. After the unloading, during verification my items like bike, double bed box, centre table were damage irreversibly which is acknowledged by unloading supervisor sent by the company.

I made the contact with the company and submitted all the relevant proofs in presence of company supervisor only through WhatsApp messenger and company mail. But after they are not responding to the situation.

I feel cheated for my alignment with the company and want reimbursement for the loss and harassment I have to suffer. This is so unprofessional and unethical for customer like me....
