I took Homeloan in 2021 from Aditya birla Capital at 6.5% ROI and now they increase my ROI by 9% in May 2023 with the reason of "We would like to bring to your notice that your Aditya Birla Housing Finance limited (ABHFL) Loan A/C no. LNSUR0HL-[Protected]does not fit in the criteria under the National Housing Bank (NHB) refinance assistance scheme." -My concern is they realized my profile is not fit in the criterial under the NBH scheme after 1.5 year of disbursement....

I applied a business loan on 4.7.2022 on line. he send me approval letter 500000 loan sr no 93507 and ref no 46552. i talked to representative mr ram prakash patel id 00[Protected].

He said you have to pay processing fees 3450 rs. which is refundable 3000 rs i said any other charges. he said no. i transfer in manager amount after that i got a message your loan amount is stop due to insurance kindly pay 12600 rs. i again transfer and representative said now your business loan would be transfer in 3o mint.

After 5 mint again message received your loan stopped due to b.t.t charges 18800 i talked to representative he said its last amount but i did not transfer the amount i said cancelled the my loan and transfer my amount.

But he denied it i said you hidden the all facts you did not mentioned all charges in letter. its fraud. please refund my amount. I attached the letter and phone number all representative....

I have get a loan but aditya birla capital company is fake full on Fraud. I have complaint for [Protected]this number and name of fraud member is Rohtash kumar he is blackmailing and my all legal document collect this person please save for me please....

this is to inform about you about aditya birla capital that a health insurance and claim no. is [Protected]and all the documents are mailed frommy side but still they manipulate us by giving different reasons and delaying this matter from past 6 months and not reimbursing my claim money
