I applied a business loan on 4.7.2022 on line. he send me approval letter 500000 loan sr no 93507 and ref no 46552. i talked to representative mr ram prakash patel id 00[Protected].
He said you have to pay processing fees 3450 rs. which is refundable 3000 rs i said any other charges. he said no. i transfer in manager amount after that i got a message your loan amount is stop due to insurance kindly pay 12600 rs. i again transfer and representative said now your business loan would be transfer in 3o mint.
After 5 mint again message received your loan stopped due to b.t.t charges 18800 i talked to representative he said its last amount but i did not transfer the amount i said cancelled the my loan and transfer my amount.
But he denied it i said you hidden the all facts you did not mentioned all charges in letter. its fraud. please refund my amount. I attached the letter and phone number all representative.
