Immediately I came to know that website is fraud as I am unable to login or cancel it, nor track its details. Even the customer care number they are displaying is fraud. Please take this complaint as suomoto and do the needful....

Dear sir / madam, In above website I booked HERO SPRINT FLASH 27.5T 21 SPEED cycle on 27th Dec 2022 & Paid amount through Credit card Rs. 8609/- They have send Cycle on 17th Jan 2023, But it is Local unbranded cycle & also damaged piece, I contacted after received the cycle to them, there is no response telling wrong number, Cycle is non branded and also not usable condition completely damaged. Please help me to get money back or Cycle which i have ordered. Many times I called customer care number, After knowing my name or number they will disconnect my call.

I finally agree with using the same unbranded cycle, But it is non fittable, because it is completely damaged & unusable. These people are too smart, they have blocked my Number some times. If they call another number they will receive the call finally knowing the same cycle problem they will disconnect my call. I have tried Consumer complaints & sent acknowledgement numbers to them , but they do not care about the complaint & I failed to make a final submission. I also tried the MP Police website. There were also some issues not being able to pledge complaints....

Addme cart is fraud company and cheap company and chor company Order I'd [Protected]Since parcel came on Oct 21 I am trying to call addmecart for unwanted ethics practices,they not responding my call. Even they thief my money....

I’ve put an online order of bluestar 1 ton portable ac worth ₹29880 on 3rd May 2022, on this online shopping site - AddMeCart.com, which claims to be an faithful online shopping portal of India.

After the transaction has been done successfully, no update was given to me regarding my order. When contacted the customer care call centre, they just said the order has been passed to the dealer and they couldn’t update the information online as it was a public holiday.

And before I could say another word, my call was cut abruptly. This was the only interaction that has happened between the service provider and the customer. 3 days later, after numerous attempts to contact them, I’m still provided with no information regarding my order, or atleast an option to cancel my order an claim refund.

My call gets kept on hold for hours and hours together and ultimately gets cut, even though the official website claims to have a 24/7 help centre. There’s no official twitter account for the site where I can contact them, and on their instagram/facebook/youtube channels.

I am not given access to comment and give my feedback, or in places where I could leave a comment, as in their youtube channel, my comments get deleted as soon as I post it.

And in their official telegram group, people apparently aren’t even allowed to text.
I’m given no access whatsoever to contact them. And that’s just very pathetic. I would advise everyone to never ever order anything from this fraudulent site.

And would request the people in authority to take necessary legal action against these online fraudsters, and help me get the money I’ve lost....

I have made a purchase of a Dry Iron from addmecart.com (their address as mentioned in their website, it is located at Jai Stambh Chowk, Opp. Gurh Gali, Rajgarh) on 26th March 2022.

My order number was [Protected]and I have made the full payment of Rs. 949.05 online. When I placed the above order, I have written a special note to the seller to send the product without much delay.

But as there was no response from their side, I spoke to their customer care number [Protected]and requested to speed up the process and ship the ordered item without further delay.

But despite of my follow ups and mail communications, so far they have neither shipped the product or responding to my request for refund. As today is the 12th day, it seems that addmecart.com is cheating the public by taking their money and not providing product or service.

I would request the authorities to intervene this matter on priority and to get the full refund from the party at the earliest. I would also request the authorities to stringent punitive action against this party to save the public from getting cheated further

I have noticed that there are many other customers also cheated by addmecart.com in the recent past, even there are many complaints lodged against this party in this same platform....

I had ordered for a Lenovo Ideapad D330 on June 22, 2021 in addmecart.com and had cancelled the order within 1 hour when I came to know that my wife had already ordered for one.

I have been following up with their WhatsApp customer care number [Protected]and email ID [PROTECTED]@addmecart.com since June 22, 2021 for refund of the payment made. Till now I have not received a clear reply as to why the refund is getting delayed.

It has already been almost 4 months and I request you take stern and immediate action in the matter....
