I got a call from a lady saying we have great offer with Hungama along with broadband service, I still remember that I had denied to the service she was offering. A month later I found out that she have activated the service she was talking about and charged 800 rupees extra for the service which was never used.
And later when I refused to pay it BSNL have disconnected my telephonic service and sent a confirmation and deducted the charge made on the account. My only request is that my services should be activated again. Thank you.
