On 8th of May, I recharged my BSNL prepaid of Rs197 which has a validity plan of 100 days with 2Gb per day Internet and unlimited calls and messages for 18 days atleast with the Internet speed of 80kbps.
However, according to this plan after 18 days the Internet speed will reduced to 40kbps but my Internet access has stopped working just after 15 days of the planned which is clearly a fraudulence.
I don't know why the telecom company give such an offers when they can't even fulfill. Now it has been 3 days since my Internet is not working. So please. Kindly help me to resolved my issue ASAP and ask the service provider to compensate us for cheating the customers.
