I have called the BSNL help desk number +[Protected]regarding some queries on international SMS service. An arrogant lady took the phone and she behaved very rudely and with disrespect. I wonder why BSNL paying for these people. They will not pick the call. I called for many days. Even messaged in Whatsapp.
