Misleading Recharge Plan Details

I had placed a recharge for my bsnl account via gpay where plan details were of 365 days validity for INR 397 recharge. However I received only 300 days of validity. I even confirmed from the customer care that INR 397 recharge is for 300 days validity only.
So it is very misleading if plan details are wrong in every platform like paytm, gpay.
